Fines and Other Charges
Lost or Damaged Items
Customers are responsible for all materials checked out on their card and are liable for any damages that may occur to library materials. If library materials are lost or returned damaged you will be charged the retail replacement value of the item. A receipt will be issued for this amount. If the item is also overdue, the fine must be paid as well.
