Donations

Donate Items

The North Kawartha Public Library is pleased to accept your donation of regular size paperbacks. Used paperbacks are sold all year long at the Apsley Branch. This is a great source of revenue for the library. We no longer accept hardcover books.

  • Please do not drop off old, yellowed, musty or mouldy books
  • Please drop off your items when the Library is open and do not leave them on the porch.

We are also pleased to accept your donation of DVDs and Books on CD provided they are in good shape and not scratched.

Donate Funds

The North Kawartha Public Library is a registered not for profit institution. Monetary donations in the form of cash or cheque are gratefully accepted at both library branches. Tax donation receipts are available upon request. Bequests are also accepted and are a wonderful way to remember your loved one.

You can also help the library by donating online at Canada Helps. Visit our giving page on the canadahelps.org website.
